FLC Services was created from my passion for helping people feel confident when dealing with Spanish paperwork and administration. Having worked in the Spanish conveyancing sector, I saw how confusing and stressful these processes can be, especially when language barriers or unfamiliar procedures are involved. I wanted to create a service that feels different — personal, approachable, and reliable, where clients have someone they can speak to directly and trust to guide them through the process.

Hi, I’m Francesca, the face behind FLC Services.
Spain has been my home for over 24 years, so I know first-hand that life here can be wonderful, but dealing with paperwork, property and official processes can sometimes feel daunting — especially when everything is in another language.
I started FLC Services because I wanted to offer the kind of service I would want for myself: personal, honest, approachable and genuinely helpful. I’m someone who likes to get things sorted, keep people informed and make sure no one feels lost or left wondering what happens next.
For me, it’s not just about completing paperwork. It’s about building trust, being there when you need me and making each client feel looked after from start to finish.
